DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue or a mistake. We'll happily fix the issue or organize a solution 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Please contact up to organize a return. A proof of purchase is required 
  
• Any unshipped orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be issued a full refund.
• Order cancellations past 24 hours will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee
• You must return the item(s) within 7 business days of your purchase. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds
  
• Any damaged or used items are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• If the product is sent back and its determined to have a warranty issue a full refund will be provided 
  

REFUNDS:

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser only. They will be refunded via the original method of purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for any refunds to occur. 

MISSING PAYMENTS:

Some banks are slower than others. If a payment is missing please contact your bank/credit card company. Refunded payments are often subjected to more processing time and can take longer
