This one started at the Perth Knife Show. We picked up a billet of hand-forged san mai from Christoph Feichtel of Kalderum Blades. A Vanadis 4 extra core wrapped in Damascus, made by one of Europe's most respected bladesmiths. San mai at this level is genuinely rare. The combination of a modern super-steel core forged into Damascus cladding isn't something many makers attempt, and fewer pull off.
The specs are
- 280mm overall
- 110mm handle
- 160mm blade
- Austrian damascus steel forged by Kalderum blades. Vanadis 4 extra core
- Hollow ground blade
- Carbon fiber guard & handle
- g10 spacer
- Kydex sheath
Can only be sold to states where daggers are allowed. Vic and SA customers MUST provide proof of their exemption
